August 2nd is registration day for the 6th – 12th Blue and Red Tracks at the Main Campus.

August 3rd is registration day for the Kinder – 5th Blue and the Kinder – 8th White/Red.

Complete the following forms to be turned in at the appropriate booth.

Returning Student Forms:

• Emergency Card: Emergency Card

• Funding Survey: Funding Survey

• Technology (Campus Network/Internet) Acceptable Use: AUP Form

• Multi Purpose Release of Liability: multi purpose release of liabilty

• Permission for Publication: Parent/Student Permission Form

• Medication Authorization form (only for those students who require medication during school hours): Medication Authorization Form
